In April 2021, the Board of Trustees and teams at Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospitals welcomed Tom Sands as our new president. In this role, Tom is ensuring our hospitals’ continued ability to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to communities along the North Shore and leading the way for us to thrive well into the future.
Beverly and Addison Gilbert Hospital caregivers express gratitude to community members for being North Shore Health Care Heroes. Because of the community’s support, our hospitals were able to swiftly invest in effective measures to keep our patients, our colleagues, and our community safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Gloucester is now home to a state-of-the-art hospital pharmacy, thanks to the passionate, deep-rooted commitment of the Cape Ann community. Located at Addison Gilbert Hospital (AGH), the pharmacy is dedicated in honor of long-time AGH vice president and Gloucester native, Cynthia (Cindy) Cafasso Donaldson, RPh, in recognition of her outstanding leadership and many contributions to the hospital, the system, and especially, to the community.
