Meet the runners who are going the distance for BID Plymouth’s patients
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital–Plymouth is proud to be participating as part of Team BILH in the 130th Boston Marathon® presented by Bank of America. We are deeply grateful to the dedicated runners representing BID Plymouth, whose passion, determination, and generosity inspire our entire community. With every mile they run and dollar they raise, they are helping to build a healthier future for the people we serve.
This year, runners’ proceeds will be directed to our Emergency Department (ED) Expansion. Slated to open in Fall 2028, the expansion will increase access to emergency care in the community—more than doubling the ED’s capacity. The generous support of our marathon community will help to make vital upgrades, including all private rooms, a larger dedicated behavior health unit, and a more efficient workspace for our valued providers.
