Every year hundreds of people use our Tribute Giving Program to celebrate, honor, or memorialize loved ones, physicians, or caretakers by making gifts in their name. From tributes that mark an important occasion to memorials that perpetuate the legacy of someone who has passed away, these gifts are a significant source of support for BID Needham.

Gifts in Celebration: A gift in celebration of a special event is a unique opportunity to let family members, friends, or colleagues know that you are thinking of them. These gifts are often made to mark an important event like the birth of a child or grandchild, a wedding, anniversary, graduation, retirement, holiday, or other memorable occasion. BID Needham will send a letter to the individual being honored to acknowledge your thoughtfulness.

Gifts in Honor: A gift in honor of a physician, nurse, or other care provider gives individuals and their families the opportunity to show their appreciation for the outstanding care they have received. BID Needham will send a letter to the individual(s) being honored in recognition of his/her compassion and commitment

Gifts in Memory/In Lieu of: A memorial gift is a very special way for family and friends to express their sympathy while helping BID Needham advance health care in the community and beyond. Should you choose to make a memorial gift in lieu of flowers, you can provide friends and family with the following language:
