The Winchester Hospital 1912 Leadership Giving Society brings together leadership giving donors, physicians, and staff who have given $1,000 or more to the hospital. The giving society aims to improve healthcare, make a difference in the community, and provide opportunities for members to learn about Winchester Hospital and spend time together.  

Jan Houghton, a founding member of the 1912 Society and Chair of the Board of Directors at Stoneham Bank, gives because she is passionate about the hospital’s mission. “Since I was young, I have known that having excellent and accessible healthcare is essential for the success of our community,” says Jan. “As a founding member of the 1912 Society, I have the privilege of listening to the needs of hospital employees and getting together with other society members to decide upon the best place to allocate our giving.” Being a part of the 1912 Society provides a unique experience for donors and physicians to address areas of need within the hospital.
