Over the course of 10 years, Wilson underwent two aortic valve replacement surgeries at Mount Auburn. During her most recent experience, she was evaluated in the cardiac catheterization laboratory for a less invasive option, working closely with both her cardiothoracic surgeon and Stephen Gannon, MD, an interventional cardiologist at Mount Auburn.
